Gisela performs regularly as a soloist, usually planning one solo programme per year.

“A Hommage to Claude Debussy” –concert, including piano solo pieces and ensembles

Currently, she is preparing for a solo piano recital called:
“We weather the weather…Musical reflections on meteorology” – planned for later in the year – with works by Beethoven, Debussy, Chopin, Ligeti, Grofe and Janaček.

COLLABORATIVE PROJECTS with Gisela as soloist, include:
2018 – Concert/Book signing event for “A Wood of One’s Own” a book by Ruth Pavey.
The first half of the concert featured baroque singer Emma Kirkby and her
ensemble. Gisela performed both as a singer and pianist, in the second half.
2015 – Concert in aid of Hanover Primary school (4th and last, concert of the series),
performance as solo pianist and in ensemble with Sarah Tynan
– Pianist for Baluji Shrivastav’s production of ‘Sohini and Mahival’, an

2013 – Concert in aid of Hanover Primary school (1st concert of the series)
